Horchata gave birth to her beautiful litter of 5 kittens on 5/5/26.

The 12-week countdown is on! (Ready for their new homes during the final week of July)

She gave birth to two Flame Point males, two Seal Point males, and one Seal/Seal Tortie female.

One Seal Point male and the female have deposits placed on them already.

This litter has three more spots for deposits. Two Flame Point males and one Seal Point male.

To be put on our waitlist, a one-quarter deposit of the kitten's total purchase price is required.

The Flame Point Males are $2000 with a $500 deposit.

The Seal Point male is $1400 with a $350 deposit.

Deposits / Hold Receipts are signed for and recorded via DocuSign.

Final paperwork, including but not limited to Contracts, Receipts, Health and Vet Records, Health Guarantees, and any other final paperwork, is provided upon pick up and transfer of custody of the kitten.
