Health Guarantee:

The Seller guarantees the health of the kitten/cat for 72 hours after transfer of custody. In addition, a 3-year genetic health guarantee is provided, contingent upon the Buyer taking the kitten/cat to a licensed veterinarian within that 72-hour window (at the Buyer’s expense).

Any medical concerns must be reported to the Seller by the Buyer or their veterinarian within the guarantee period, via phone at

(856) 340-5108 or email at HouseofDollsNJ@Gmail.com.

A REPORT FROM A LICENSED VETERINARIAN IS NECESSARY.

If a terminal condition is diagnosed, it must be reported within 24 hours of diagnosis. Failure to do so will void the health guarantee.

Refund / Replacement Policy:

Refunds or replacements are offered only under the following conditions:

1. Unsound Health Upon Arrival:

If a licensed veterinarian determines that the kitten/cat is in unsound health within 72 hours of transfer, the Buyer must return the animal to the Seller. The Buyer may then choose a full refund or a replacement of equal value. A veterinarian’s medical report is required.

The Seller will not replace any kitten/cat that has not been properly cared for by the Buyer.

2. No Euthanasia Without Notice:

The kitten/cat may not be euthanized without prior notice to—and written approval from the Seller. Any kitten/cat being considered for replacement must be returned to the Seller at the Buyer’s expense for verification of identity.

3. Death Due to Congenital Defect:

If the kitten/cat dies within six (6) months of purchase due to an unknown congenital defect present at the time of sale, the Seller will offer a replacement only if a licensed veterinarian performs an autopsy and submits a written report confirming the cause of death.

Any trauma, abuse, or neglect voids this guarantee.

4. Post-Purchase Expenses:

The Buyer assumes full responsibility for all expenses incurred after the kitten/cat leaves the Seller’s possession, including (but not limited to) veterinary care, daily care, transportation, or return shipping.

All return-related costs are the Buyer’s responsibility.

 The kitten/cat may not be:

Surrendered to an animal shelter or sold, leased, or given to a pet store, laboratory, or similar entity

If the Buyer is unable to keep the kitten/cat, it must be returned to the Seller at the Buyer’s expense. The Seller reserves the right to reclaim the kitten/cat in cases of neglect or abuse.

Resale Prohibited:

FeLV and FIV Testing Requirement:

House of Dolls is a FeLV and FIV-negative facility.

The Buyer agrees to test all cats currently in their household for FeLV and FIV within 10 days of purchasing a kitten/cat. All resident cats must test negative, or the contract is void.
